Continuing Education


Earn Continuing Education Credits (CEU)

Scan your badge at the conclusion of each session you attend and BOMA International will send you a Certificate of Attendance via email after the conference. Use your attendance certificates to self-report to the appropriate organization to receive your renewal and/or continuing professional development credits. 

CMCP, RPA, FMA, SMA, SMT, CPM, CCM
All sessions at the BOMA International Conference and Expo qualify for CMCP, RPA, FMA, SMA, SMT, ARM, CPM, and CCM renewal and continuing professional development credits.

GBCI Continuing Education Hours for LEED Credential Maintenance
Sessions that are approved for GBCI continuing education for LEED credential maintenance are noted in the session listings.

AIA Learning Units
BOMA International is an approved AIA-CES provider. Sessions that qualify for AIA Learning Units (LU) are noted in the session listings (coming soon).

Building Operator Certification (BOC)
BOMA International is an approved NEEC provider. Sessions that qualify for renewal of the BOC are noted in the session listings.

Real Estate License Renewal
For states that allow self-reporting for real estate license renewal, use the Certificates of Attendance provided by BOMA International (based on the sessions you attended and scanned your badge), to report your continuing education.

CEUs/LUs Attendance Monitoring Process

If you wish to obtain CEU/LU credits for any approved session(s), you must follow the instructions below: 

  • Download the "BOMA 2023 Annual Conference" mobile app to your smart device. 
  • At the beginning of each sessions, go to the "Engage" tab and click on the session title that you're attending. 
  • You will be prompted to sign-in with your information. You must complete the required fields to proceed. 
  • At the end of each sessions, you must also check out of the session. 

IMPORTANT: Per the Continuing Education Program standards, you must attend the session in its entirety to earn the full credit for that session. As part of BOMA International's required internal control process for monitoring attendance, we will audit all check-in/out time stamps for each session. If you do not meet the required full hour for any sessions, you will be ineligible to receive credit for that session.

CMCP, RPA®, FMA®, SMA®, CPM, CCM
All sessions at the BOMA International Conference and Expo qualify for CMCP, RPA®, FMA®, SMA®, ARM, CPM, and CCM renewal and continuing professional development credits. For states that allow self-reporting for real estate license renewal, use the Certificate of Completion provided by BOMA International to report your continuing education.

BOMA International is a registered provider of AIA-approved continuing education under Provider Number 50110101. All registered AIA CES Providers must comply with the AIA Standards for Continuing Education Programs. This learning program is registered with AIA CES for continuing professional education. As such, it does not include content that may be deemed or construed to be an approval or endorsement by the AIA of any material of construction or any method or manner of handling, using, distributing, or dealing in any material or product.

AIA continuing education credit has been submitted for AIA CES approval. Learners must complete the entire learning program to receive continuing education credit. AIA continuing education Learning Units earned upon completion of this course will be reported to AIA CES for AIA members. Certificates of Completion for both AIA members and non-AIA members are available upon request.



BOMA International is an approved NEEC provider. To maintain a BOC credential, graduates must accumulate maintenance points each year following a full calendar year after earning their credential. This conference is approved for 27 numbers of BOC maintenance points. All education sessions, Solutions Showcase and tradeshow is eligible for each hour that you attend.
