The Outstanding Building of the Year^® (TOBY) Awards are the most prestigious and comprehensive awards of their kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in commercial buildings and rewarding excellence in building management in hundreds of communities around the country. This awards program begins at the local level and culminates in the international awards, which are bestwoed at the annual TOBY Awards Banquet. During the competitions, all facets of a building's operations are thoroughly evaluated—with everything from community involvement and site management to environmental and green policies and procedures considered. Tickets for the TOBY^® Awards Reception and Banquet are $155 each if purchased before September 17, 2021 and $175 each after that date.
