Exterior Joint Asset Management (E-JAM) Program
Water intrusion doesn't always start at the roof. Our E-JAM Program proactively addresses predictable leak sources at exterior sealant joints, cracks, expansion joints, facade panels, and masonry substrates across your entire building envelope. When your property is under our E-JAM Program and a covered condition leaks between scheduled visits, we return and repair it at no charge.
