As Senior Portfolio Programs Manager, Nekesha focuses on increasing operational efficiencies for a portfolio of Class A commercial corporate real estate properties. She develops and manages the Environmental Health & Safety, and Sustainability operational programming to meet regulatory compliance and Hines ESG goals. In her role, she creates standardized procedures within each program to support Hines’ facilities management and engineering teams. Nekesha applies her experience in commercial real estate as a leader who develops strong relationships to drive operational efficiencies that enhance the occupier’s workplace experience. Her passion for the built environment fuels her focus on sustainable initiatives, positively impacting both the community within and outside each property.
