Dominic McGraw is an energy management professional who focuses on projects and programs which help the City of Philadelphia reach its goal of 100% clean energy by 2030. In addition to being a Certified Energy Manager, he also holds a master's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a master of science in Information Technology Leadership from La Salle University.
