Brian Coon currently leads building engineering for U.S. landlord and developer Kilroy Realty. Overseeing a portfolio of 110+ class A office buildings, Brian is in charge of the engineers and engineering managers that oversee the building systems and ensure buildings are running smoothly. Kilroy is widely considered the most progressive REIT from a sustainability perspective and efficient operations are a cornerstone of their sustainability strategy. Previously, he held engineering leadership positions for facilities services firms Able Services and ABM Industries for over 14 years. Brian has an Engineering degree from California State University, Northridge.
