David Natt is a Senior Vice President Asset Manager at Avanath Capital Management, LLC, responsible for overseeing its properties located in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast sections of the United States and for building out Avanath’s ESG platform. David has a long, established career in the commercial real estate industry. After obtaining an MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business, David worked for Citibank Realty Advisors where he was responsible for acquiring value-add multifamily properties throughout the United States. After Citibank, David worked for Tishman Speyer Properties, responsible for acquiring and developing commercial office properties located in the DC and NYC markets. After Tishman Speyer, David spent 15 years at TIAA-CREF where he had several responsibilities including working on the Foreign Acquisitions Team, Real Estate Private Equity Team and the Multi-Family Asset Management Team. His career is founded on a BS in Accounting from Drexel University.
