Katherine is a fourth generation Licensed Public Adjuster, who handles residential and commercial insurance claims in New York State for over 10 years. Katherine serves as a Board Member of NAPIA (National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters), which focuses on education and accreditation within the Insurance industry while lobbying for policyholders’ rights and consumer awareness. Katherine is Vice President of the Buffalo Executives Association and is very proud to serve as a board member of the Western New York Chapter of the American Red Cross, to which NFA has donated over $100,000 towards the Sound the Alarm Campaign, a program that installs smoke alarms in homes and educates residents in an effort to reduce fire related deaths.
