Kelly Vickers serves as Vice President of ESG leading Mill Creek’s overall ESG strategy, including developing, collaborating on, and managing ESG programs, policies, reporting, and disclosures.
Prior to her role at Mill Creek, Mrs. Vickers was an ESG consultant helping multifamily housing developers and management companies develop and implement ESG strategies and programs of their own. Prior to consulting, Mrs. Vickers served as Senior Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Greystar and Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility and National Director of Sustainability at Alliance Residential Company. While in these roles, she oversaw all aspects of corporate responsibility and sustainability program development and implementation.
Mrs. Vickers graduated with honors from Dominican University of California with a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and MBA in Sustainable Enterprise. She is an LEED Green Associate, Fitwel Ambassador, and Green Globes Professional.
