Shannon Alter, CPM ® is an expert in the management of commercial properties. She works with organizations to help their leaders communicate clearly, build relationships and become more confident and comfortable in any conversation, meeting or presentation.
Shannon is a National Instructor for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), the Institute of Organization Management (IOM) and the American Management Association (AMA), and is a member of the National Speakers Association. She has trained professionals in 10 countries.
She is a frequent speaker for associations such as BOMA, IREM, CREW, IFMA, IABC and ICSC. Shannon has held the volunteer position of RVP for IREM and is a Past President of IREM Orange County.
Shannon’s 3rd book, “Be Influential: Surefire Was to Improve Your Presentation Skills”, was published in 2023; she is also the author of two earlier books.
She is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
