Maggie's primary focus lies in effectively managing large portfolios for national institutional investors. This includes overseeing client relationships, ensuring tenant retention, maintaining property integrity, and providing leadership to her team.
Maggie actively participates in a variety of professional affiliations, which significantly contribute to her extensive industry network and knowledge. For the past 20 years, she has been a dedicated member of BOMA/Suburban Chicago, where she served on the Board of Directors for six years and held the prestigious position of Secretary Treasurer. Maggie continues to be active and participates in various committees, including the Executive, Finance, Industrial, Awards Committees, and DEI. Her remarkable achievements also include serving as the Chair of the BOMA International Industrial Committee for a term of three years, further demonstrating her dedication and involvement in this field.
