Hotel Accommodations

BOMA Official Conference Hotel

• BOMA has arranged for a discounted hotel room rate for registered attendees and exhibitors at our official conference hotel, the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Hotel. The BOMA room rate is $214/night single/double, plus applicable state and local taxes. The Marriott is adjacent to the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The reservation deadline to receive the BOMA room rate is June 18, 2024, or when the block sells out (whichever occurs first). 

• Registration is required before you can book a hotel room when BOMA's room block opens on December 4. This is necessary to ensure that rooms are available to all registered attendees and exhibitors. 

Reservations may only be made through BOMA's official housing provider, ConferenceDirect. The hotel will not accept reservations directly for BOMA's room block.  You will be prompted to make a hotel reservation after you register, or you may go to your dashboard (for exhibitors, the Exhibitor Registration site) to make a hotel reservation at a later time if you don't wish to make a reservation immediately. 

Please note:  No one from BOMA or ConferenceDirect will ever call or e-mail you directly to prompt you to make a hotel reservation.  If you receive a solicitation to make a hotel reservation for the BOMA International Conference & Expo, please treat it with due caution.
