Overview

When COVID hit in 2020, TCPoly was inspired to help provide buildings with clean, fresh outside air without wasting large amounts of energy. They decided to focus on using unique geometry, capable only by 3D printing, to make the world’s most efficient heat recovery system and spent two years developing the XPanel™ for commercial and residential buildings. This new focus reignited the team’s passion for clean energy and energy efficient technologies in the HVAC industry and we began to see a need for ductwork connections that come airtight and insulated reducing energy losses and simplifying the installation process. In addition, we have developed ductwork that comes insulated and snaps together airtight without the need for screws, tapes, and sealants – further reducing the labor cost of system installation. We  have a new mission to decarbonize the heating and cooling of buildings, while also helping to provide fresh, clean air to the occupants and we are combining our advanced manufacturing and materials expertise to create products that fulfill our mission.
