Broadwest

The Broadwest community includes Class AA office space, creative office space, the elegantly appointed Residences at Broadwest condominiums and a four-star Conrad Nashville Hotel by Hilton. Encompassing a full city block, Broadwest features 1.2 million square feet of office, retail, and residential space. Broadwest Plaza is more than an open public space in the neighborhood. This heart of the community serves as the outdoor gathering spot for those who visit Broadwest, as well as for those who live and work in this space. The pedestrian friendly, 1.5-acre outdoor plaza is designed for gatherings and events, both planned and spontaneous.Transportation will depart from Music City Center.


Fifth + Broadway

Fifth + Broadway is a unique, mixed-use development strategically located in the heart of downtown Nashville.  The development includes a 24-floor Class A office tower, over 200,000 square feet of unique experiential retail and food and beverage, the National Museum of African American Music and 381 apartment units in the residential tower, The Place at Fifth + Broadway.  The public parking garages have over 1,700 parking spaces combined for office tenants and visitors to downtown.  Fifth + Broadway is building on a 6.2 acre site that was once home to the convention center.  The development took over 7 years to come to life and has changed the face of downtown Nashville, giving locals and visitors new reasons to explore this exciting neighborhood. This is a walking tour, departing from Music City Center.
                                

Advance Sign-Up Required. Space is limited on both tours. Advance sign up is required on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no additional cost to participate in a building tour, however conference registration is required. You may sign-up when you register for the conference or by adding a tour to your existing registration. Tours will depart from Music City Center at 9:30am and return by noon.
