Our team provides janitorial services and facility maintenance services to properties of all sizes and across every industry.

Many of our clients rank among the largest commercial property firms in the country. We also service many corporate, medical, and educational facilities that retain management operations in-house.

The typical facility size of our commercial cleaning clients ranges from roughly 30,000 square feet up to nearly 1 million square feet. We see clients begin to benefit from our Engineering services with properties or portfolios that span 100,000 square feet and greater. These larger facilities bring more complex building systems that require more frequent scheduled maintenance and preventive maintenance services.
