Michelle German is an accomplished leader in property management, sustainability and operations. With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Michelle is responsible for leading LBA’s ESG strategy, including data management, energy efficiency and decarbonization projects, retrofits and smart buildings, clean energy and climate risk assessments. She is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in CRE and serves as a community advocate on the LBA Foundation Committee. LBA has a remarkable track record with energy efficiency and certifications such as ENERGY STAR, Fitwel, LEED and BOMA 360.
