Today, Key2Act, an innovator in the building intelligence, field service, and construction management markets, and EnergyPrint, a national utility data management and measurement services provider, have announced an integration of their technologies. The two companies will employ EnergyPrint’s expertise in supporting clients pursuing energy efficiency, with Key2Act’s Building Optimization Broker (BOB) solution to provide customers with an integrated BOB energy utility dashboard.

As of March 2021, Key2Act customers will be able to leverage the new BOB energy utility dashboards, powered by Energy Print, to easily visualize and interpret energy utility bill consumption and Energy Star scores to swiftly identify energy hungry equipment and systems. BOB enables customers to restore their HVAC systems to optimal performance by pinpointing the greatest savings opportunities and alerting poorly performing equipment and systems contributing to higher utility bills and lower Energy Star scores.

Key2Act and EnergyPrint are considered the leaders in their respective industries servicing hundreds of customers and thousands of connected buildings including some of the largest universities, hospitals, government facilities, and athletic stadiums across the United States, Canada, and Australia.

The Energy Utility Dashboard will act as a single application within the Building Optimization Broker (BOB) solution, providing Key2Act clients a truly comprehensive solution for managing sustainability initiatives and reducing energy spend. “EnergyPrint is excited to partner with Key2Act by bringing top-level utility analytics to their comprehensive Building Optimization Broker (BOB) solution. As utility data experts, we know how challenging it is to acquire the proper information to answer the key questions of building energy use: How is my building doing? Is it getting better or worse? What opportunities are there for cost savings? Have past improvements paid off?  By integrating EnergyPrint into BOB, Key2Act can now provide their customers not only a more holistic perspective of their buildings' overall energy health, but also the confidence needed to move forward with even more sustainability projects.”
