See how CircuitSolver can save you $ & eliminate complaints!

CircuitSolver® is a brand of ThermOmegaTech®, a leader in the design and manufacture of self-actuating thermostatic temperature control valves and actuators. ThermOmegaTech has been solving temperature problems with completely mechanical temperature solutions for over 35 years.

To conquer the challenges inherent to traditional manual balancing methods of a domestic hot water recirculation (DHWR) system, ThermOmegaTech invented the CircuitSolver valve, the market’s first thermostatic balancing valve. The CircuitSolver automatically and continuously balances a DHWR system by adjusting flow to maintain a set temperature at the end of each supply branch or riser. No manual balancing is required, simply install the valves and watch them work!

Since these valves rely on temperature and not flow, they can dynamically adjust to fluctuating hot water usage in a hotel, apartment, office, or other building with a DHWR system, effectively eliminating callbacks to contractors to rebalance the system over and over.

With CircuitSolver, you will never have complaints about long wait times for hot water or have no hot water at all due to an unbalanced system!

  • CircuitSolver - CS
Satisfy your tenants with hot water at the turn of a tap with the CircuitSolver® line of thermostatic, self-actuating balancing valves....

  • One of the top complaints hotel and apartment facility managers receive from their tenants is about the availability of hot water. The wait times are minutes long or worse  –  there is no hot water available at all.

There are a few reasons why this could happen, but the most common cause is the domestic hot water recirculation (DHWR) system is not properly balanced.

Traditional manual balancing processes rely on flow, not temperature to balance the system which typically results in hefty labor costs and frequent callbacks as the dynamics of system usage render the initial balancing inadequate. Enter CircuitSolver.

Installed at the end of each branch before the return, CircuitSolver® thermostatic balancing valves use a thermal actuator to automatically modulate the valve open and closed in response to temperature variations to maintain a specified temperature at the end of each branch.

This automatic response to temperature allows the balancing valve to dynamically adjust to the varied usage rates in a DHWS throughout the day. No manual balancing is required, simply install the valves and watch them work!

The model CS valves are available in sizes from ½” up to 2”, temperatures from 100°F to 140°F, and with optional accessories such as a thermometer assembly, ProPress ends, or PEX fittings.

  • CircuitSolver - CSU
CircuitSolver Union (CSU) thermostatic balancing valves feature a union with an integrated O-ring for a leak-free seal and an optional integrated check valve to reduce the number of system components to be installed and minimize potential leak points....

  • Satisfy your tenants with hot water at the turn of a tap with the CircuitSolver® line of thermostatic, self-actuating balancing valves.

Installed at the end of each branch before the return, the CSU uses our unique Thermoloid® wax thermal actuator to modulate the valve open and closed in response to temperature variations to maintain a specified temperature at the end of each branch. During the initial start-up of a DHWS, the valve is wide open and will begin to close once the system temperature requirements are met.

Once the system is balanced, the valve will remain in its closed* position to keep hot water in the line and only modulate open to establish flow when the water temperature drops below the valve’s set-point. Once the temperature rises back up to the valve’s set-point again, the CSU automatically modulates back towards its closed position.

This automatic response to temperature allows the balancing valve to dynamically adjust to the varied usage rates in a DHWS throughout the day. No manual balancing is required, simply install the valves and watch them work!

The CSU model valves are available in sizes from ½” up to 1”, temperatures from 100°F to 140°F, and with optional accessories such as a thermometer assembly, ProPress ends, or PEX fittings.

  • CircuitSolver - CSUA
End hot water complaints with the CircuitSolver® Union Assembly thermostatic balancing valves. These valves add isolation ball valves on either end of the CSU, further reducing leak points and making it even easier to install and service....

  • Using our unique Thermoloid® blend paraffin wax actuator technology, the CircuitSolver® Union Assembly valve is installed at the end of each branch or riser to monitor the water temperature in the line and will automatically modulate open or close in response to changing temperatures to maintain a specified temperature.

The valve will be in its “closed” position when the water temperature in the supply branch is above the valve’s set-point and only open to establish flow when it drops below the set-point. This automatic response to temperature allows the balancing valve to dynamically adjust to the varied usage rates in a DHWS throughout the day.

The CSUA valve will never fully close, always allowing a small bypass of flow to the return to avoid dead-heading the recirculation pump. The limited flow to your return line will reduce system wear, electricity and water usage, and improve overall system operation.

The CSUA model valves are available in sizes from ½” up to 1”, temperatures from 100°F to 140°F, and with optional accessories such as a strainer, thermometer assembly, ProPress ends, or PEX fittings.
