Keith Major is Managing Partner, Head of Canadian Real Estate Management. Based in Toronto, Keith is responsible for the overall property management and leasing of office and industrial projects across Canada. In addition to overall property management and leasing responsibilities, Keith works closely with the development team on new projects in Ontario. Keith has over 30 years' experience in commercial real estate operations and management and joined the BentallGreenOak team in July 2000. Previously employed by Manulife Real Estate Keith was responsible for Manulife Centre, foreclosed properties, development of a number of projects, and the asset management of 3rd party managed properties. Keith is an honours graduate of Urban Land Economics program through the University of British Columbia. He holds the professional designation of CPM and is a member of REIC & BOMA.
