LuAnn Stiles Hill

LuAnn Stiles Hill is Vice President of Asset Management for NFI Real Estate. She is responsible for leadership of the Asset Management activities for a 16m sf industrial portfolio of owned assets along with an additional 35m sf portfolio of leased assets throughout a growing territory in the US and Canada. As a champion of innovation and technology, she is developing efficient processes using new technologies to holistically transform operations that are collaborative and cross-functional to support key metrics that improve asset value. Prior to NFI, LuAnn was Director of Property Management at Liberty Property Trust where she tenured 25 years in progressive roles within the organization which included growth efforts in Northern New Jersey through acquisitions, dispositions and development, leading operations of their NJ portfolio of over 8m sf, and serving on their National PM Steering Committee at the time Liberty was sold to Prologis in early 2020. Since the Liberty sale and ultimate wind down of that business, LuAnn had been with Mericle Commercial Real Estate as the VP, Asset & Property Operations overseeing a 16m sf industrial portfolio primarily located in Northeastern Pennsylvania. LuAnn has the designation of LEED Accredited Professional (USGBC) , Real Property Administrator (RPA), and is active in Building Owners and Managers Association previously serving on the BOMA Board of Directors for the Philadelphia region 2002 - 2005.
