Sheldon has nearly 20 years in commercial real estate development and property management and led the redevelopment of Wisconsin’s first International TOBY Award winner – the CityCenter@735. Sheldon has been the chair of BOMA International’s Research Committee since Sept 2015 and served two terms on BOMA International’s executive committee. He is a BOMA Fellow, an RPA, CPM, licensed broker, licensed attorney, and holds an MBA from UW Milwaukee and recently became a FitWel ambassador.
