Warren Loy

Vice President, Senior Asset Management


Warren Loy, Vice President and Senior Asset Manager, oversees the financial and operational performance of all residential assets in the U.S. and provides support to the development teams in planning, programming, and underwriting for new developments. A passionate advocate for sustainability initiatives in residential real estate, Mr. Loy has been instrumental in delivering a wide range of industry-leading initiatives in Lendlease buildings, including on-site farms and apiaries, sustainability focused resident events, and most recently, the achievement of net zero carbon for Scopes 1, 2 and 3 in operations across Lendlease’s entire US Multifamily Portfolio jointly owned with Aware Super. Prior to joining Lendlease in 2017, Mr. Loy worked at Related for 16 years, where he oversaw a wide range of assets across the U.S. with a similar focus towards driving positive sustainability outcomes.
