As a senior construction and program manager, Andy has more than 35 years of experience designing specifications and work scopes, developing budget requirements, awarding and administering subcontracts and providing complete project management for industrial, commercial, transportation, pharmaceutical, military and educational projects. His background includes field construction supervision, program phase planning, project scheduling, equipment commissioning, site safety development and demolition project management. His distinguished record of safety won him recognition as a 2020 Safety Champion from Vector Solutions.
