Cheryl Duvall leads Gensler’s Consulting Practice Area in its southeast region, pursuing her mission to unlock the full psychological, operational, and financial potential of spaces people inhabit. Cheryl believes space, culture, and behavior are fundamentally interrelated. Cheryl has spent more than 35 years using organization design, change management, and workplace strategy to lead clients through alternative office designs and transformational moments. She is an expert at aligning real estate strategies with cultures, producing resilient individuals and organizations. Cheryl has an M.S. in Positive Organization Development and Change and a B.S. in Interior Design. She is a regular speaker at distinguished international conferences such as IFMA’s World Workplace, NeoCon, and the World Appreciative Inquiry Conference. Cheryl is a past President of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), and was inducted into its College of Fellows (FIIDA).
