As Associate Director of Investments, Alex is responsible for sourcing and underwriting, assisting in the structuring and closing of new investment opportunities as well as researching and identifying target markets. He also assists in capital raising efforts related to forming and executing joint ventures with institutional capital sources, the disposition process and refinancing opportunities.
