Gillian Downing is the Assistant Property Manager with Accesso at 1515 Market Street in Philadelphia. Before this role, she has held internships with JLL as a Project and Development Services intern and Bittenbender Construction as a Project Administrator. Currently, she is working towards her RPA designation.
Gillian received the 2021 J. Michael Coleman Scholarship award to attend the conference this year. This is her first professional panel and first BOMA conference.
She currently is the Vice-Chair of the BOMA International Emerging Professionals committee, a member of the BOMA Philadelphia Emerging Professionals committee, The Power of Professional Women Philadelphia, and the Young Professionals Council which is a council of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.
Gillian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from Temple University, Philadelphia PA.
