Colleen Nipper is the Director of Transitions and Strategic Projects; Quality Control facilitating the seamless transition of assets onto and off of our platforms by providing compliance oversight, quality control, and technology support. In 2018, the team transitioned 120 msf, 1,000+ assets, and 5,500+ leases abstracted into the platform. In addition to supporting the business in transitions, Colleen oversees the asset services mergers and acquisitions activity including due diligence and integrations. Colleen’s 17 year career started in property management where she managed multi-family, office, industrial, and retail buildings.
