Deanna Ballinger is a Senior Vice President / Group Manager with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where she oversees the management teams for client assignments totaling 1.7 million sf which includes the role of Account Manager for JLL’s University of Pennsylvania assignment. She also provides support for new business efforts in the Philadelphia Region and transition support for new management assignments.
Deanna’s work experience over her 30+ year career is extensive in property management, both owner and third-party management, as well as corporate facility management. Leadership roles have included JLL Director of Facilities Management for the Unisys Corp. portfolio, Alliance Director with Trammell Crow Company/CBRE for the client account with GMAC Mortgage, and VP of Property Management for the Philadelphia region with Trammell Crow. However, she has never forgotten her start in property management as an administrative assistant for Oliver Realty Inc. on a 63-acre mixed use complex in New Jersey.
She holds the RPA and FMA designations from BOMI as well as a Real Estate Salesperson license for both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is currently the Vice Chair for the Drexel University Real Estate Management and Development Advisory Board. She also serves on the Executive Committee for BOMA Philadelphia for a second term and an active member of several committees including the Emerging Leaders committee which she founded during her first term on the Executive Committee. She holds three Associate degrees from Camden County College.
