Smart Rain is a value based company. We believe in adding true value to our customer’s properties by our unique and revolutionary ideas. We do everything from installing our State of the Art irrigation monitoring systems to managing your landscaping water and landscaping needs on a 24 hour basis. Most commercial properties use 70% of all their fresh water to irrigate their lawns and landscaping around the building. We help reduce this while returning an ROI (Return on Investment) in the first year.
After we install our State of the Art system we then manage the irrigation 24 hours 7 days a week. By doing this we make daily and up to the hour adjustments helping reduce the total water consumption and therefore reduces the total water bill.
