Comcast Technology Center
In 2018, Liberty Property Trust together with its joint venture partner Comcast Corporation, completed the Comcast Technology Center. The CTC, a 1.8 million square foot mixed-use building in Center City, Philadelphia, which expands the Comcast Corporate Campus with state-of-the-art office space and is home for The Four Seasons Hotel. Taking advantage of its site, CTC integrates plazas, a winter garden, and connections to transit infrastructure. With the implementation of advanced systems and careful tracking of materials, CTC has achieved the highest level possible under LEED v3, LEED Platinum! Comcast Corporation occupies the entire office portion of CTC. The Four Seasons occupies the hotel portion of CTC and operates four world class restaurants, including Vernick Fish located on Arch Street, Vernick Coffee Bar located in the CTC level 2 lobby adjacent to The Universal Sphere, Jean Georges Philadelphia located on the 59th floor and J. G. Skyhigh located on the 60th floor. Transportation will depart from the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
East Market is a dynamic mixed-used project blending urban shopping and dining experiences with contemporary work and living spaces. The pedestrian-oriented development in the heart of Philadelphia has revitalized an entire city block, from Market to Chestnut, and 11th to 12th Streets. East Market boasts two incredible apartment towers, The Girard or The Ludlow, office space, a variety of shopping and dining options and public space. The project is owned on behalf of a client by National Real Estate Advisors, LLC, an investment manager specializing in build-to-core, developing and owning large-scale, urban commercial and multifamily projects on behalf of its institutional clients; Joss Realty Partners, a New York-based private real estate investment firm; Young Capital LLC, a Philadelphia-based real estate investment firm affiliated with Classic Management, Inc.; and SSH Real Estate, one of the largest privately held commercial real estate companies in the Greater Philadelphia Region. East Market is being developed by National Real Estate Development, the full-service development arm of National Real Estate Advisors. This is a walking tour, departing from the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
FMC Tower at Cira Centre South
FMC Tower at Cira Centre South is an iconic, 49-story, mixed-use skyscraper that contains trophy-class office space, AKA’s luxury hotel & residences, an all-day café, and a deluxe amenity floor including a sky terrace, state-of-the-art fitness facility, infinity pool, cinema, bar, and golf simulator. Designed by the world-renowned team at Pelli Clarke Pelli, FMC Tower combines innovative design with the latest in advanced engineering and sustainable practices. In addition to earning LEED Gold certification, FMC Tower was also awarded the very first WELL Core certified project at the Bronze level globally, as well as the first WELL V2 project in the U.S. Transportation will depart from the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
Advance Sign-Up Required. Space is limited. Sign up is on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no additional cost to participate in the building tour, however conference registration is required. You may sign-up when you register for the conference or by adding a tour to your existing registration. Tours will depart from the Convention Center entrance at 9:30am and return by noon.
