Mr. Russell Peskin

Profile

Russell Peskin is Director of Property Manager for Liberty Property Trust's portfolio of 11.3 mIlion square feet of Class A office, industrial, and flex office properties in Philadelphia, Camden, Atlanta, Cincinnati, Columbus and Indianapolis.
In 2010 Mr. Peskin became a Regional Manager with Gulph Creek Hotels, making him responsible for all business operations of multiple nationally branded hotel properties, their financial performance and operations, including marketing, sales, food and beverage, security, and direction of hundreds of staff members. Mr. Peskin joined Gulph Creek Hotels in 2009 as General Manager of The Crowne Plaza Philadelphia West. In this position, he oversaw completion of the hotel’s major renovation and re-launching of the property, as well as its financial and operational oversight.
Prior to joining The Crowne Plaza Philadelphia West, Mr. Peskin was General Manager/COO of Philmont Country Club and the Food and Beverage Director at The Union League of Philadelphia.
As a 12-year operations veteran, Mr. Peskin oversees a team of professionals at multiple locations and educates team members in best practices and initiatives that deliver outstanding service. He is known to enhance and improve customer service and exceed financial performance goals.
In addition to being involved with several charitable organizations, Mr. Peskin is also a Board Member of BOMA Philadelphia as well as a Board Member of the Widener University School of Hospitality Management. Mr. Peskin received a Masters Degree from LaSalle University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Widener University. He resides in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania with his wife and two children.
