Building Tour

111 Main and City Creek Center

111 Main sets a new standard for office space in Salt Lake City. With its unrivaled location, energy-efficient design and column-free space utilization, the tower is unmatched along the Salt Lake City skyline. 111 Main’s lobby is a gateway to downtown with City Creek, the new Eccles Theater, restaurants, the Gallivan Center and numerous transportation options all just minutes away.  A model of sustainable design, using less energy and water and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, 111 Main will contribute to a healthier environment and is destined for LEED Gold Certification.

City Creek Center  

City Creek Center is a mixed-use re-development project in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. At the time City Creek was re-developed in 2012, it was the nation’s largest re-development project, and one of the largest re-development projects in the world. This LEED ND Silver development was awarded "Best Retail Development in the Americas” by ICSC and is the only retail center in the United States to feature a fully-retractable glass roof as well as a 1,200 foot creek running through it with live trout local to Utah.

Advance Sign-Up Required. Space is limited. Sign up is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that this is one tour, covering two Salt Lake venues. There is no additional cost to participate in the building tour, however conference registration is required. You may sign-up when you register for the conference or by adding tours to your existing registration. Tour will depart from the Convention Center East Entrance lobby at 9:30am and return by noon. This is a walking tour - both buildings are one block from the Convention Center.
