Coleen Spratt

As Director of Property Management for Nitze-Stagen & Co. Coleen leads the property management team in providing operational and financial oversight to enhance the performance of the company's property portfolio. Coleen actively recruits clients for Nitze-Stagen's third-party property management services and participates as a member of the company's leadership team in formulating and implementing strategies to expand the company's portfolio of properties. Coleen’s strength in business development, property management, construction management and leasing provide her the ability to adapt to client needs in all facets of real estate.

Coleen has been in the commercial real estate industry for twenty-five years in varying degrees of responsibility. She has experience with many facets of real estate to include family owned business, large institutional owned properties and corporate in-house real estate. This has provided a well-rounded back ground and a strong knowledge base to understand the many different aspect of the business. In addition to her real estate background, she also served four years in the United States Air Force.

As a member of BOMA since 1990 Coleen has served at the Local, Regional and International levels within the organization. Each opportunity has been a positive experience lending both knowledge and experience. Coleen is currently the vice chair of BOMA International’s Research Committee and worked in conjunction with the committee to publish articles on Densification and the creations of the Tenant Lease Checklist on Densification. Coleen also served two terms on BOMA International’s Executive Committee and is a past chairman of BOMA Seattle King County. Panelist – Specialist on Densification in Commercial Buildings
