A rising star in Commercial Real Estate, Julie began her real estate career in 2007 assisting with a portfolio of office, retail and industrial assets. She possesses an extensive exposure to all property types, a desire to grow and a thorough understanding of commercial real estate. Her primary duties include project management, cost containment and energy efficiency. She has an inquisitive and analytical nature which allows for efficient and effective oversight of properties.

Julie joined Cushman & Wakefield in July 2013. Since becoming a part of CW team, Julie has functioned as a key member of the Property Management group responsible for the operation of Class A Office Buildings. She finds it essential to constantly ask, “How can I reduce energy use, save my clients money and still provide tenant comfort?”.
