BOMA 2017 will be held at the Music City Convention Center in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. Located in the middle of all the action, Music City Center is the perfect home base for a fun-filled visit to Nashville. Inside, the new, state-of-the-art convention center you'll experience a bird’s-eye views of the city, and outside you'll find a thriving culinary, music, sports and cultural scene awaiting you.

BOMA Conference Hotel Policies:

  • BOMA has arranged for discounted hotel room rates for registered attendees and exhibitors at our official conference hotels in downtown Nashville. All of BOMA's official hotels are located within walking distance of Music City Center, where the conference will take place. You will be prompted to make your hotel reservation after registering for the conference. The deadline to receive BOMA room rates is May 31, 2017, or when the BOMA room block at the hotel sells out, whichever occurs first. 

  • Registration is required before you can book a hotel room. This is necessary to ensure that rooms are available to all registered attendees and exhibitors.

Reservations may only be made through BOMA's official housing provider, ConferenceDirect. The hotels will not accept reservations directly for BOMA's room blocks. You will be prompted to make a hotel reservation after you register, or you may go to your dashboard (for exhibitors, the Exhibitor Registration site) to make a hotel reservation at a later time if you don't wish to make a reservation immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

The BOMA Housing Bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $30.00 processing fee for all no shows and cancellations starting May 1, 2017. Note that modifications can be made to an existing reservation at no charge by contacting the BOMA Housing Bureau by email: or phone: 844-840-1835.

As early as May 24, 2017 a one night room & tax deposit will be charged by the hotel. From June 1 - 14, 2017, should a guest cancel a reservation, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee equal to one night's room rate plus tax.  From June 15, 2017 until the scheduled date of arrival, should a guest cancel a reservation, or reduce the length of stay, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee equal to the room rate plus tax for the number of nights cancelled.

Please note the hotel may charge an early departure fee in the event a guest who has a reservation checks out prior to the guest's reserved check out date. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the Hotel at check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.

Exhibitor Sub-Block Policy

Exhibitors/Groups requiring 10 or more rooms may contact BOMA Housing Bureau, ConferenceDirect, to request a sub-block housing form by email

IMPORTANT: To finalize your block, the BOMA Housing Bureau must receive the individual guest names by April 28, 2017. Effective May 1, 2017, the BOMA Housing Bureau will release unused rooms in your block. (An unused room is one that does not have the name of a registered attendee attached to it.)

Reservations: Once your block has been approved, you will receive an email confirmations with booking instructions on how to make your hotel reservations. After April 28, 2017 you will not be able to make any additional room request in your sub-block. However, you can still make modifications to existing reservations.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds: The last day to cancel rooms without penalty is April 28, 2017. Effective May 1, 2017 a $30 per room processing fee will apply for cancellations. Additionally, the hotels will charge one night's room and tax for rooms that are cancelled from June 1 - 14, and charge for all nights beginning on June 15. You may continue to make changes and cancellations with the BOMA Housing Bureau until May 31, 2017 (subject to change). After this time, please contact the hotel directly for all changes and cancellations, but not until June 2, 2017 to allow the hotels a few days to transfer reservations into their system before you call.
