Team Discounts apply to Full Conference Registration working at the same company, not applicable with other discounts. The entire team must be registered at the same time to receive the appropriate team discount. All teams receive the member registration fee regardless of their membership status.

Teams of 3 Save $100. 
Select the Full Conference registration option for three people from the same company at the same physical address to save $100 on the 3rd registration.

Teams of 5 Register for the Price of 4, for Savings of $695.
Select the Full Conference registration option for five people from the same company at the same physical address to save $695 on the total amount due.

Teams of 10 or More Save 20% off the Total Group Fee, a Minimum Savings of $1,390!
The more people you register the more you save! Select the Full Conference registration option for 10 or more people from the same company and each person receives 20% off their registration (must register a minimum of 10 people).

When you register for the conference at the Full Conference registration fee, you may register the Building Engineer from your property for a FREE Full Conference registration (not applicable to discounted registration). Only one free Building Engineer per Full Conference Registration. Additional Building Engineers from your company may purchase a Conference registration or register for Free Expo-Only attendance.

Expo Only opens on May 1, 2018

If you're interested in attending the trade show only and no other conference events, free expo only registration allows you access to the Expo Hall where over 400 leading suppliers will be showcasing the latest innovative products, technology solutions and service offerings to help you save money and manage your buildings more efficiently.

Non-exhibiting service providers may not enter the trade show and are ineligible to register in this category. BOMA reserves the right to refuse ineligible registrations.

* A family/friend is defined as someone who does not work in the commercial real estate industry. Family/Friend registrants may not attend business meetings or education sessions. If your guest wishes to attend these events they must register for the conference.

Includes Sunday Expo and Welcome Party; Sunday & Monday lunches in the Expo Hall; continental breakfasts on Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday.

Exhibiting companies receive two (2) complimentary Full Conference registrations for each 100 square feet of booth space (see above for what is included with Full Conference registration), plus unlimited badges for booth personnel. Booth personnel do not receive tickets for any conference events or meals. Booth personnel may purchase a conference registration per the categories above.

Registration and Cancellation Policies

  • Only those individuals who register and present badges may attend conference events, including business meetings and networking functions.
  • Children, spouses, and guests of attendees do not need to register to share hotel accommodations, but must register if they wish to participate in conference events that are open to Family/Friend registrants.
  • Family/Friend (children, spouses and guests) is defined as someone who does not work in the commercial real estate industry. Family/Friend registrants may not attend business meetings or education sessions. If your guest wishes to attend these events they must register for the conference.
  • Family/Friend may not register as Expo Only as Expo Only registration is open to qualified CRE professional only.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing by June 8, 2018 and are subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after this date, or for conference no-shows.
  • Substitutions are accepted in lieu of cancellations.
  • No refunds for cancellation of TOBY Awards Banquet Tickets after June 8, 2018 or for no-shows.
  • For Team Registrations: Teams of 3 -- should any member of the team cancel, $100 discount is forfeited plus subject to a $50 processing fee for each cancellation. Teams of 5 -- should any member of the team cancel, forfeit the complimentary registration. All other cancellations subject to a $50 processing fee each. Teams of 10 - should any member of the team cancel, causing the team to be less than 10 people, the 20% discount is forfeited and the discount for Team of 5 or Team of 3 will apply, depending on the number of individuals from the group that cancel. All cancellations subject to a $50 processing fee.
