Continuing Education Credit Information

In an effort to meet the evolving needs of commercial real estate practitioners, BOMA International offers Do-It-Yourself CE Credit as a way to get BOMA conference educational offerings to count towards renewal of your professional designation(s) or your real estate license.  All programs qualify for RPA, FMA, SMACPM, and ARM renewal and continuing professional development credits. BOMA is also an approved GBCI provider and some sessions are approved for GBCI CE hours toward the LEED Credential Maintenance Program (CMP).

Can you submit credit for yourself? Look at the chart below to find your state’s requirements and website.

You may also need to submit these materials to your state in order to obtain credit:

·         Instructor bio, which can be found by clicking on the speaker's name in the online conference schedule

·         Copy of the course advertisement, which can be found by clicking on the session title in the online conference  schedule

·        Course outline with learning objectives

BOMA International is also an active participant in GBCI's Education Provider Program. GBCI has approved 14 sessions at the 2012 Every Building Conference & Expos for CE Hours towards the LEED Credential Maintenance Program (CMP). Obtain GBCI continuing education credits by attending 75-minute sessions at BOMA 2012 identified by the GBCI CMP logo.
