The Outstanding Building of the Year® (TOBY) Awards are the most prestigious and comprehensive programs of their kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in office buildings and rewarding excellence in office building management. This awards program recognizes quality in hundreds of communities around the country, first at the local level, then regional and culminating in the international awards that are bestowed at the annual TOBY Awards Banquet.

During the competitions, all facets of a building's operations are thoroughly evaluated. Buildings are judged on everything from community involvement and site management to environmental and "green" policies and procedures.The year’s most impressive buildings are judged in a number of categories, including:

• Five office building categories ranging from under 100,000 square feet to over 1 million square feet
• Renovated buildings
• Historical buildings
• Corporate facilities
• Government buildings
• Low-rise and mid-rise suburban office parks
• Industrial office parks

This elegant reception, taking place right before the prestigious TOBY Awards Program and Banquet, is the perfect setting to unwind and connect with your industry colleagues and friends. Enjoy cocktails and conversation as you get set for a very special evening.

The TOBY Awards Reception and Banquet is not included with base conference registration. A separate ticket purchase is required. Tickets are $155 each, or $1,550 for a table of 10.  You may purchase your ticket(s) when you register for the conference.
