BOMA 2011 is at the Gaylord National® Resort & Convention Center in the National Harbor area of Washington, D.C. A discounted room rate is available for BOMA attendees through the BOMA Housing Office until June 7, 2011.  After June 7, reservations must be made directly with the Gaylord National, 301-965-4000, at prevailing rates, based on availability.

Getting There

Located 8 miles due south of Washington, D.C., the Gaylord National is just a 15-minute drive from Reagan National Airport and Union Station (Amtrak), and within a 45-minute drive of Dulles and Baltimore International Airports. Extensive transportation services, including shuttle service, taxi, and car rental services are available from all three airports and Union Station.

Travel Discounts for BOMA 2011

Amtrak 

Amtrak offers a 10% discount off the best available rail fare to Washington, DC between June 22, 2011 and July 1, 2011.  To book your reservation call Amtrak at 1 (800) 872-7245 or contact your local travel agent.  Convention fares cannot be booked via Internet.  Please be sure to refer to Convention Fare Code X82G-928 when making your reservation.  This offer is not valid on the Auto Train and Acela Service.  Fare is valid on Amtrak Regional for all departures seven days a week, except for holiday blackouts.  Offer valid with Sleepers, Business Class or First Class seats with payment of the full applicable accommodation charges.
