Teams of 10 or more save a total of 20% off the total group registration fee, a minimum savings of $1,390. The more people you register the more you save! Free - Expo Access Only 


If you’re interested in attending The Every Building Show only and no other conference events, free registration allows you access to the Show on Monday and/or Tuesday. Free Expo-Only registration is open to qualified property and facility professionals. Non-exhibiting vendors may not enter the trade show. Show management reserves the right to refuse ineligible registrations.

Family/Friends Registration*

 

Includes the Sunday Welcome Party, continental breakfast on Monday and Tuesday,  lunches in The Every Building Show on Monday and Tuesday, and Monday Reception in The Every Building Show.

 

We also offer Optional Tours for family and friends (note: at an additional cost per tour).

 

* A Family/Friend is defined as someone who does not work in the commercial real estate industry. Family/Friend registrants may not attend business meetings, general sessions or education sessions. If your guest wishes to attend these sessions, they must register as a conference attendee.

 

 

 

Money-Back Promise

If you are not 100% satisfied with your investment in attending the BOMA International Conference, write to us within two weeks after the conference and we will give back your registration fee. The only risk is in NOT attending.

 


 

Registration and Cancellation Policies

 

  • Only those individuals who register and present badges may attend conference events, including business meetings and tours.
  • Children, spouses, and guests of attendees do not need to register to share hotel accommodations, but must register if they wish to participate in conference events that are open to Family/Friends registrants. Children must be between the ages of 8 and 18 to register for the Family and Friends program.
  • Cancellations and/or substitutions must be made in writing by June 11, 2010 and are subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after this date, or for conference no-shows. 
  • No refunds for cancellation of TOBY Awards Banquet Tickets after June 11, 2010.  
  • For Team Registrations: Teams of 3 -- should any member of the team cancel, $100 discount is forfeited plus subject to a $50 processing fee for each cancellation. Teams of 5 -- should any member of the team cancel, forfeit the complimentary registration. All other cancellations subject to a $50 processing fee each. Teams of 10 or more cannot register online and must register using the paper form to receive the discount.
