Hotel Reservations
 BOMA attendees and exhibitors receive discounted rates at BOMA's official conference hotel, the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown. Staying at the headquarters hotel offers the best networking opportunities and easy access via connected walkway to the Pennsylvania Convention Center, where all conference events will take place.
The BOMA housing office is now closed, however, there are still guest rooms available at our headquarter hotel. Attendees and new registrants should call the hotel directly to make a reservation or to modify an existing reservation. The direct number for the Philadelphia Marriott is 215-625-2900. Special Amtrak Discount
Amtrak offers a 10% discount off the lowest available rail fare to Philadelphia, PA between June 23, 2009 – July 4, 2009. To book your reservation call Amtrak at 1 (800) 872-7245 or contact your local travel agent.
Convention fares cannot be booked via Internet. Please be sure to refer to Convention Fare Code X45W-959 when making your reservation. This offer is not valid on the Auto Train and Acela Service. Fare is valid on Amtrak Regional for all departures seven days a week, except for holiday blackouts. Offer valid with Sleepers, Business Class or First Class seats with payment of the full applicable accommodation charges.
Getting to Philadelphia
Located in the heart of the Northeast Corridor, 40% of the country's population lives within a day's drive of Philadelphia. By car, train or plane, getting to Philadelphia is a breeze. Amtrak provides extensive service to Philadelphia's 30th Street Station. Plus, with 29 airlines and more than 1,300 flights arrivng and departing daily, Philadelphia International Airport is only 8 miles from Center City. Taxis from the airport to downtown are approximately $30 one way. Or use an eco-friendly airport shuttle service. Lady Liberty Transportation offers airport to downtown shuttle service starting at $10/person, with shuttles departing every 15 minutes to downtown hotels.
